SEM / PPC Account Analyst

Accelerated Digital Media is a young, motivated, marketing company specializing in digital ad account management for a range of industries. We are looking for an SEM / PPC Specialist to join our team.

We are looking for a digital media analyst to assist in the day-to-day functions of managing a wide-ranging portfolio of eCommerce/large-scale retail clients. You should not only have an understanding of Google and Microsoft marketing, but have a passion for translating analysis into action and generating the best performance for your clients.

Be ready to work on performance driven marketing campaigns from design / inception through completion for our portfolio of clients. This position is geared towards an individual wanting to develop client-facing or account analysis skills to quickly grow into the Account Manager position. In this position, you will receive direct coaching and training to help you grow into and advance out of the analyst role.

 

Responsibilities
  • Work in conjunction with the primary Account Manager to fullfill daily duties needed to ensure proper pacing and performance on a given list of accounts.
  • Be responsible for client-facing report generation and analysis.
  • Daily analysis of account budget and keyword pacing.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional team members.
  • Assist with bid and performance internal report generation.
  • Learn and develop a deeper understanding of paid search with the goal of moving to an Account Manager role.
  • Assist with other projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required

SEM / PPC Account Manager

This client-facing, analytics-based account manager will handle full funnel PPC campaigns for mid-market accounts. You will ideate, launch, optimize, and report on all paid search and display campaigns for a client base ranging from fortune-500 companies to national ecommerce. This position is both technical and client-facing so a deep understanding of Google and Microsoft ad platforms as well as client management/relationship building is a must.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations within the Google Ads platform.
  • Manage campaigns across Google Search, Shopping and Programmatic display (campaign structure, keyword research, bid adjustments/modifications, bid strategies, etc.).
  • Identify scope and scale for current programs.
  • Proactively conduct competitive research to stay ahead of your client’s competition
  • Onboard select new clients to the ADM team -ie. campaign strategy ideation, keyword research, account structure implementation
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with client goals.
  • Present effectively in monthly / quarterly in-person meetings with clients.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of company processes and procedures. 
Qualifications
  • Building and optimizing accounts for client-specific KPIs.
  • Strong experience within the Google Ads platform (campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword match types, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in data aggregation and analysis
  • Strong understanding of keyword research tools
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, chart building
  • Agency experience with managing monthly budgets ranging from $5,000-$100,000+ 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • 4+ years of Digital Marketing Account Management experience preferred

This position requires a client-facing, analytics-based account manager to handle full funnel paid social media strategies for mid-market and enterprise-level accounts. You will ideate, launch, optimize, and report on all paid social media campaigns for a client base ranging from fortune-500 companies to national ecommerce. This position is both technical and client-facing so a deep understanding of Facebook’s ad platforms as well as client management / relationship building is a must and experience with other paid social media platforms (Yelp, LinkedIn, SnapChat, etc.) is a huge plus.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for all client communication
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimization strategy
  • Identify scope and scale of current programs and execute strategies to capitalize on opportunities
  • Onboard select new clients to the ADM team
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all client deliverables are on-time
  • Proactively research competition and new trends to stay ahead in your client’s field

Digital Marketing Sales Executive

Accelerated Digital Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Chicago. We have built a business working with some of the country’s fastest growing digital brands. We are looking to bring on an experienced Sales Executive to accelerate our growth further.

We are looking for someone well versed in aspects of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Display, Social) and a killer instinct to close. At the moment we are a small sales team driving leads to an elite-level operational team. We are looking for the next member of our sales department: an ambitious individual with industry-expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Generate a book of business and network of SMBs to meet (or exceed) sales goals with an uncapped commission
  • Develop active communications and close rapport with Enterprise-level clients
  • Report directly to the CEO on current funnel status and opportunities
  • Cold call and implement a structured followup process to ensure down funnel movement
  • Assist with the development of sales forecasts and goals
  • Work with Account Managers and Sales Associates to generate customized pitch decks for prospective clients with the support of our client services team
  • Minimal travel necessary, some travel encouraged (<10%)
Qualifications
  • Digital marketing experience (strongly preferred)
